Espresso Direct / Ignite Coffee has a comprehensive Service Centre based at its head office in Mt Wellington,
Auckland. We have 5 full time technicians who are fully trained and authorised to work on Franke, Gaggia
and other types of coffee equipment.

We have 23 service technician contractors nationwide based in all the main centres and some rural areas.

The service team specialise in emergency call outs, preventative maintenance (PM) on the equipment, sale
of spare parts and handle warranty claims and offer phone advice to customers.
